• Employee Social Media: How can we recognize people expressing themselves online, within any guardrails? What are limits we should know about? (for US employers, if you don’t know about Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, you should look into it, even if you’re not unionized)

• Organization Social Media: How can we use social media internally or externally to show life as an employee… without being cringy? (and if there are aspects of our organization that would go viral for the wrong reasons on social media (from constant stress to THAT leader who makes everyone miserable), how can we address those instead of trying to paint a different picture?)
