The subject of our weekly meeting is why HR is the messenger and how decisions get made at work. If you’re in HR, you’ll be nodding along. And if you’re not, you’ll likely hear more of a peek behind the curtain than you ever have before.

But before we get into the meat of the meeting: our weekly story (what can happen when you go out of office) and our cringy corporate speak (please don’t say this… ever). And of course, quick questions and comments (on radical empathy, scapegoats and real goats).
